Shipping

We have you. Shipping usually costs about $10 — we charge a flat $5, Australia-wide, one cap or many, and cover the rest.

Rates

• Australia: $5 flat, any order size.
• New Zealand & rest of world: not yet — but it's on the list. Email us if you want it sooner.

Made to order

Every cap is embroidered after you order, so give us a little time on the front end. We stitch and dispatch within about 5 business days. You'll get a confirmation when you order and a shipping notice with tracking the moment it leaves us.

Delivery times

Once it's posted, allow roughly:

• Metro: 2–5 business days
• Regional: 5–8 business days

These are Australia Post estimates, not promises — busy periods and weather can add a day or two.

Tracking

Your shipping email includes a tracking link. If it hasn't moved in a few days, don't panic — parcels sometimes scan late. If it's properly stuck, email us and we'll chase it.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order is lost in transit or turns up damaged, tell us at info@ilikecompany.com and we'll sort a replacement or refund. See Returns for the full detail.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If it's wrong, email us straight away — once a cap is posted we can't redirect it, and a re-send may incur another postage charge.
