Welcome to I Like Company. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and your purchase of our products. Please read them carefully — by using our site or placing an order, you agree to them.

I Like Company is a trading name of Hours Between Pty Ltd (ABN 34 676 838 467) ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us any time at info@ilikecompany.com.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you confirm you accept these Terms. We may update them at any time; the version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy from us.

3. Orders and acceptance

  • Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we email your order confirmation.
  • We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — for example, if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

4. Made to order

Our caps are embroidered after you order. Please check your selection at checkout — if you need to change or cancel, email us within a few hours of ordering and we will try to catch it before production.

5. Pricing and products

  • Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change without notice.
  • We work to show colours accurately, but screens vary and slight differences are normal.
  • If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you within 48 hours to offer an alternative or a full refund.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

7. Shipping and delivery

We charge a flat $5 for shipping Australia-wide, one cap or many. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for carrier delays. See our Shipping page for details.

8. Returns, refunds and your consumer rights

We accept change-of-mind returns on full-priced items within 30 days, unworn and in original condition. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at our cost. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Returns page for the full process.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the "I Like Company" name, wordmark, designs, text and images — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

11. Third-party links

Our site may link to third parties we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the product or refunding its price, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
