Welcome to I Like Company! Your access to and use of our services — including our website and products — is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Orders

  • By submitting an order or signing up with I Like Company, you agree to be bound by these terms.
  • Orders may be cancelled by us at any time.
  • Enquiries and changes can be addressed via email to info@ilikecompany.com.

Pricing and Products

  • Prices and products may change without notice.
  • In case of product unavailability post-order acceptance, we will contact you within 48 hours to propose alternatives or issue a full refund.
  • The customer acknowledges responsibility for any importation regulations and duties.

Delivery and Dispatch

  • Delivery dates are approximate. I Like Company is not liable for delays.
  • Product colours may vary due to lighting conditions and screen settings.

Amendments and Returns

  • Amendments to orders can be made by contacting us at info@ilikecompany.com, subject to postage costs if already dispatched.
  • For exchanges or refunds, contact us within 30 days of dispatch. Conditions apply for change-of-mind returns, with postage at the customer's expense.
  • Faulty products will be refunded or exchanged, including delivery costs.
  • Return postage to I Like Company is the customer's responsibility for product exchanges requiring a different size, colour, or style. We cover postage for the exchanged item back to the customer.

Payment

  • Full payment is required before delivery.
  • Prices are in Australian Dollars, or calculated from Australian Dollars, and include GST.
